Tennis

We offer a superior year-round tennis program for the seasoned player as well as the novice. Our Full-Time Tennis Director and USPTA and USPTR certified Tennis Professionals are ready to meet your every need.

We offer an extensive list of services ranging from private/ semi-private lessons, group clinics, racquet stringing, ball machine rental, and drill sessions for children and adults. Our extensive year-round junior programming includes classes for children as young as 5 well into competitive tournament players in middle and high school.

Raintree offers both indoor and outdoor tennis courts available to players of all ages and skill levels, featuring four indoor courts that make it possible to play tennis year-round! Eight outdoor courts with lights accompanied by two more outdoor hard courts that are covered and heated.

Class Descriptions

All group classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness and are included with your club fitness membership.

Cardio/Strength-N-Core: Incorporating varying levels of cardio & strength training by utilizing dumbbells, tubing, and with added Pilates techniques to focus on the core

CORE: A functional training class designed to target all those core muscles, help improve balance, spinal flexibility, and posture

Easy Fit: Easy fun choreography for the first 35 minutes, followed by strengthening and toning for the remaining 25 minutes

Gentle Stretch-N-Yoga: A beginner yoga class with emphasis on gentle stretching

Pilates: Core conditioning mat workout and standing strengthening, lengthening, and flexibility movements designed to improve posture and balance as well as strengthen

Sweat-N-Pump: No choreography needed. cardio, agility, strength, core, and balance exercises performed in intervals. A great cross-training class

Tennis Yoga: Basic yoga to improve flexibility, strength, core, and balance to help your tennis game

TriFit: 20 minutes of each. cardio, strength, and isolated core work

Yoga: Hatha style yoga using deep breathing and meditative techniques. included standing and seated poses for stretching, strength, and balance

Brian Lane w/ Caveman strength & Conditioning

Brian is an amateur competitive kickboxer who has been personal training for many years. Graduated from VCU with a bachelor’s in exercise science and is an ACSM certified exercise physiologist. He has worked with clients ranging from retirees to professional athletes. Enthusiastic and excited to help anyone achieve their health and fitness goals.

Pricing:

Personal Training/Boxing/Kickboxing

Individual: $50 per hour session or $40.00 per session when you book 3 or more!

Small-Group (3-5) - $20 Per Person 1 Hour
